About This project involved constructing a physical automated factory simulation platform, utilizing an ESP8266 Wi-Fi microcontroller for remote industrial operations. The architectural design layout of the automated plant is shown on the left. The integrated 6-axis robotic arm was deployed in successful cross-disciplinary collaboration with the Department of Industrial Management. The core focus of this project was on complex electronic circuit design and distribution. Since the system required driving multiple servo motor controllers alongside alternating DC and AC conveyor motor sequences, a multi-channel relay module matrix was integrated to maintain signal stability and electrical safety. * Programmed an Arduino microcontroller to command and coordinate the 6-axis robotic arm. * Designed a hardware mesh consisting of Relays, DC/AC Motors, and a Robotic Arm.
